Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg respects the privacy of all its stakeholders. Your personal data will therefore be treated with the greatest possible care. Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg (D&K) adheres to the requirements set by law when processing personal data.

Which personal data do we record and why?

When you visit the website:

General visitor data is kept on the website of Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg. The purpose of this is to optimize the layout of the website. This data can also be used to put more targeted information on the site. In this way, Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg can further optimize its services to you. In order to be able to do this, Hotel Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg uses the IP address of your computer.

When you sign up for the newsletter:

If you indicate that you wish to receive the newsletter from D&K, D&K will use your email address to send the newsletter. At the bottom of the newsletter there is always an option to unsubscribe.

When you make a reservation with us for an overnight stay or another event:

When you book an overnight stay or another event with us, D&K needs the following personal data from you (this data may also have been obtained from a third party if you booked via another booking website):

• Name, address and place of residence

•  Phone number

•  E-mail address

• Credit card details if you have filled them in

D&K uses the above data for the execution and settlement of agreements, internal business operations, to keep guests and interested parties informed about (new) products and services and for its other services. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be stored encrypted.

How long does D&K keep your data?

Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg does not store your data for longer than is strictly necessary. We will then delete all data we have about you. D&K uses a retention period of 5 years.

Security:

Your personal data is stored with us in the reservation system. Our reception, sales and administration departments have access to the data. They use it exclusively for the above purposes.

What are your rights?

Would you like to view the personal data we have about you? Or do you want to change, delete or restrict the use of your data? You are entitled to that. Please contact personal data@hoscom.nl for this. If you do not agree with the personal data that we process about you, you can also object to this.

In order not to share the personal data with the wrong person, we do ask you to identify yourself with one of the above requests.
