Your visit to the Spa & Wellness
Upon arrival for your stay, we kindly ask you to make a reservation for a time slot in our Spa & Wellness. If you wish to use the bathrobe or towels provided by us, you can pick them up in advance at our hotel reception. These will be given to you in one of our spa bags, along with your access pass, which will allow you to enter the Spa & Wellness during the reserved time slot. We kindly ask that you return both the spa bag and the access pass to the reception after your visit. We offer reusable slippers for a small contribution. These can be picked up at our hotel reception.

La Beauté du Jour is an independent beauty salon located in Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg’s adjoining wing. Payments must consequently be made at the time of treatment.

Do I need to make a reservation for the Spa & Wellness if I am a hotel guest?
Upon arrival for your stay, we kindly ask you to make a reservation for a time slot in the Spa & Wellness. This can be done at the reception, or you can use the QR code in your hotel room.

Can I use bathrobes, towels, and slippers?
If you would like to use the bathrobe or towels provided by us, you can pick them up in advance at the reception. We will offer reusable slippers for a small contribution. You can also reserve them in advance when making an online reservation through the QR code.

If you would like to visit the Spa & Wellness, it is best to contact the reception by phone. They can inform you about availability and current crowd levels.

What hygiene guidelines should I be aware of?
Wearing swimwear is mandatory.
For your safety and hygiene, wearing slippers is required, except in the saunas and steam room.
For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to sit on a towel in the sauna, with your feet also resting on the towel.

What is the minimum age for the Spa & Wellness?
Everyone from the age of 12 is welcome. Guests between the ages of 12 and 16 may only visit the Spa & Wellness when accompanied by an adult.

What do I need to know about safety measures in the Spa & Wellness?
For your safety, it is not allowed to leave towels in the sauna or on the heaters due to fire risk.
You can store your personal items in your locker.
To ensure the privacy of all our guests, taking photos or filming is not allowed.
If you have medical concerns, we ask that you consult a doctor first.

What are the rules of conduct I should keep in mind?
Only the use of e-readers without a camera or internet function is allowed.
All other electronic devices, such as mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and MP3 players, are not allowed.
It is not allowed to reserve lounge chairs, sofas, or chairs (both indoors and outdoors) without actually using them.
Smoking is not allowed indoors or outdoors.
Our staff is free to deny entry to guests who are suspected of being under the influence of stimulants and wish to enter the Spa & Wellness.
